Youth Programs are held and priced for a six-week session. There is a one- week break in between each session.
Payment is due at the start of each new session.

Karate

Ages 4 (depending on readiness) to 15 years old. Based on American Goju style of Karate that combines
hard strong strikes and kicks with soft fluid and effective blocks. The goal is to help the student achieve
and maintain balance in their life.

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:30 PM (12 classes)

Full Member: $65.00
Basic Member: $80.00
Program Member: $110.00
Adult drop-in: $5.00 per class

Toddler Time
Toddler Time is a special program for parent accompanied younsters ages 1 to 4. The program incorporates elements of art, music and literacy. Children are encouraged to participate in fun educational group activities that help to develop early childhood skills. Socialization, free play and exploration are always encouraged.

COMING SOON!
In order to provide youth, teenagers and families with the opportunity to workout and play together, we have renovated our Community Room. The room offers teenagers, preteens and families a variety of fitness activities including cardiovascular and strength training, along with recreational equipment such as dance-dance revolution, table tennis, billiards, and foosball. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent.
