HOW TO JOIN

Joiner Fee

A joiner fee is a one-time only fee paid at the time you begin your YMCA Full Membership and entitles you to a fitness center orientation.  This fee is used to help fund improvements and renovations.  If your membership has expired or been canceled for more than 30 days you are subject to pay the joiner fee to renew your membership.

 

PAYMENT PLANS

Annual – Payment in full with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

 

Interest Free Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit/Debit Card:  Monthly dues are paid by withdrawal from your checking account, savings account or credit card draft.  Payments will appear on your monthly statements. Full Privilege Memberships may pay monthly by having the amount withdrawn from your checking or savings account.  (Payment will appear on your monthly bank statements.)  If you wish to cancel your YMCA membership, you must provide the YMCA with written notice along with your YMCA member I.D. card(s).  Your membership will expire 30 days after your last draft.

 

*Active Military, Full-time College Students, Volunteer Firemen and Volunteer EMT’s:  Receive 20% off the Adult Membership rate.*

 

All membership and joiner fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you wish to terminate or change your membership in any way, you must give the YMCA a 30 day written notice.

FACILITY GUIDELINES

 

CHILD SUPERVISION & SAFETY

· Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by and under direct supervision of an adult at all times or enrolled in a YMCA program.

· Children 12 years of age and over may be in the pool without direct supervision of an adult.

· Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Wellness Center.  Exception:  Children ages 13-15 who have completed the YMCA Youth Fitness Orientation Class.

 

ATTIRE

Athletic shoes covering the entire foot, shirts and shorts must be worn during exercise in all workout areas of the facility.  Street shoes are not permitted on any wood floors or the pool deck.  Proper swimsuits must be worn when using the pool.  Proper attire is required in all common areas of the YMCA lobby and corridors.  Please no bathing suits in those areas.

 

LOCKERS

Lockers are available for day use by members and guests.  You must bring your own lock and remove it at the end of each visit.  Items left overnight will be removed from the locker room and placed in lost and found. 

Invest in a strong lock and always secure your belongings.  We recommend that you not bring valuables into the facility.  The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Family and Single Parent Family members have the option to pay for annual unlimited babysitting in our KidZone babysitting program.  The cost is $50 for one child, $75 for two children and $25 for each additional child.  Fees must be paid in full.
