Advanced Cardio Boxing (non-contact)
Not for the beginner. This class will help you excel in reaching your full potential by developing the skills and techniques of a professional boxer.
Awesome Abs
Tone your abs while standing, kneeling, and on the mat. A variety of exercises to sculpt your abs as well as work the opposing muscle group, your back!
Beginner Cardio Boxing
This class is tailored toward developing the basic skills and techniques of a boxing training program that teaches amateurs the style of boxing. Get fit and really learn how to hit. A class for both women and men.
Body Blast Step & Sculpt
A full body workout focusing on cardio via a step workout as well as defining muscles and building overall body strength using all the “toys”, such as weights, bars, ball, bands, etc.
Body Sculpting
All over toning using lightweights and body resistance with mat work for abs and buns.
Cardio Connection
Get a great workout in 60 minutes. The main focus of this class is on cardio using a variety of formats, exercises and utilizing different equipment. Join us for the total body workout experience.
Cardio Strength Explosion
A high intensity class with a mix of kick-boxing and body sculpting.
Core Strength and Stretch
This class is geared toward the senior population, as well as those with disabilities who could handle the class. This class focuses on postural exercises, strengthening, stretching and flexibility for the overall body apparatus including cardio to strengthen the heart.
Corrective Exercise Class
This class addresses and alleviates pain in the back, neck, legs, hands, etc, and control body weight.
Friday Nite Lite
The work week has come to an end – let’s take it “lite”! Low intensity class involving standing exercises as well as in a chair. Designed especially for those with arthritis who are unable to exercise down on a mat.
Give Me 30 More
An additional/optional 30-minute abs class.
Grab Bag Fitness
Show up and be surprised by that type of cardio strength class is in store for you. Instructors rotating monthly will keep you guessing by mixing things up.
Lite-Cardio & Sculpt
This cardio workout combines low and moderate aerobic moves in addition to strengthening, toning and sculpting major muscle groups.
Mature Dance Class
For fit seniors. This class has fun with various dance routines and dance styles.
Pilates Plus
A gentle, yet effective resistance program that focuses on the whole body, particularly the core. Improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and posture. Quality-not quantity. A variety of equipment will be used to enhance and modify. Pilates is for “everybody”- from beginners to the advanced exerciser.
Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Super Circuit Class
Work all of your muscles and cardiovascular system all in the same 30 minute workout.
Total Body Building
This class utilizes light weights with high repetitions attacking the core muscles while defining the body and mind.
Turbo Step
Fight the fat! Improve your energy endurance and have some fun. This step class uses rhythm and travel moves to keep you stepping to the funky beat. Warm-up, do some basic step moves and then challenge yourself with some fun choreography. Finish it all off with a cool down, abs and some lower body strength exercises.
