Deep Water Fitness
A moderate to high intensity workout taught in the deep end of the pool. This is the only true “no impact” exercise class. Participants exercise while suspended in a floatation belt. This is a great class for core strengthening and cardio-respiratory conditioning.
Deep Water Walking
No impact deep water exercise. This class consists of variations of walking patterns including marching, jogging, biking and cross country skiing to light music. Progression includes arms exercise and traveling exercise to change muscle group focus. Class concludes with aquatic Ai Chi cool down in shallow water.
Aqua Fitness
This class is a combination of stretching, toning and flexibility exercises done in the pool. It is a great way to improve mobility and tone your muscles. Open to swimmers and non-swimmers. *All exercises are done in the shallow end.
SilverSplash®
Activate your aqua urge for variety! SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
